Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness—physical, psychological, and spiritual. Through this practice of ujjayi breath, asanas (physical postures), and drishti (visual focus point), gain control of the senses and a deep awareness and steadiness of body and mind.
Major Power Vinyasa
An intense vinyasa-based power class that makes you sweat your asana off! Find that internal and external strength, length and balance as you find your maximum potential and bring your yoga practice to the next level.
Major Power Yin / Ying & Yang
Power yoga meets yin yoga in this intensive strengthening class that incorporates long holds of challenging postures.
Core Flow
Functional core strength-building is the focus of each posture as you flow through each asana.
Yin Yoga
A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and works on the connective tissues of the body &emdash; the tendons, fascia, and ligaments &emdash; with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Yogalates
Yoga meets pilates in this fusion class. Enhance strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and mental clarity while developing a conscious awareness of the body, mind, breath and strengthening throughout the core.
Hand-balances & Inversions

Cardio Yoga

Restorative/Relaxation Yoga

Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest forms of meditation, leading awareness to a state of profound stillness and insight. In Yoga Nidra, one leaves the waking state, goes beyond the dreaming state, and enters into a sort of dreamless sleep while remaining awake. It focuses on purifying the mind and attaining your personal path of desire while reducing tension and anxiety.
