Mantras, Mudras & Meditation Retreat

Let the musicality of the mantras guide you to a greater sense of peace and calm. Find focus through the mudras (traditional hand gestures) in asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation). Leave the day in a state of samadhi (bliss). A healthy, plant-based lunch will be provided.
