The secret ingredient to all the food prepared for our retreats is LOVE!
It is always vegan, usually gluten free, refined sugar free, and made from the freshest ingredients possible. Whever possible our ingredients are organic, locally sourced, and produced with as little packaging as possible. We will always have a fermented component with the meal for the probiotics which aids digestion.
In addition to the health benefits, low environmental impact and ethical issues with consuming animal products, we strongly believe that compassion begins on your plate. Eating a plant-based diet maintains your efforts toward ahimsa (nonviolence) and regenerates the body, creating a positive spiritual environment, ready for renewal.
