Melissa was able to adapt the practice to meet the diverse experiences and needs of the group. I really appreciated how the activities and meditations reached different learning styles, through art, music, silence, reflection, body, writing, etc. Thank you so much for encouraging and challenging us to explore, practice, and honour our own process.
