Ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. Melt the stress away with a gentle yoga practice, various meditations, a deep and slow yin stretch and a relaxing yoga nidra (conscious deep sleep). Also included in the day is peaceful time relaxing in the onsite spa whirlpools, saunas and steam rooms. A healthy, plant-based lunch will be provided.
