Power Up Retreat

Find fortitude and focus through strength, endurance & stretch:

  • 45 minutes high intensity cardio yoga
  • 10 minutes moving mindful meditation
  • 5 minutes break
  • 45 minutes power yoga
  • 10 minutes seated meditation
  • 5 minutes break
  • 45 minutes yin deep stretch
  • 15 minutes supine meditation / savasana

Finish off with a 30 minute refreshment break followed by 90 minutes of spa enjoyment (whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms). Healthy refreshments provided.
