Find fortitude and focus through strength, endurance & stretch:
- 45 minutes high intensity cardio yoga
- 10 minutes moving mindful meditation
- 5 minutes break
- 45 minutes power yoga
- 10 minutes seated meditation
- 5 minutes break
- 45 minutes yin deep stretch
- 15 minutes supine meditation / savasana
Finish off with a 30 minute refreshment break followed by 90 minutes of spa enjoyment (whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms). Healthy refreshments provided.
