The goal of Serenity Yoga Retreats is to give you the opportunity to dedicate yourself to an intensive day of yoga practice without having to make arrangements to leave the city or the country, which can be costly and logistically difficult for many city-dwellers. In this way we come together as a yoga community and delve into the practice in a deeper way than a one-hour yoga class provides.
