Yoga & Meditation Retreat

Experience a full day of yoga philosophy, vinyasa-based asana practice, pranayama, mindfulness with mandalas, various forms of meditation, restorative yoga with an aromatherapy head massage.

$75 + hst for the full day.

A healthy, vegan lunch is provided.
